drywall, exterior insulation finish system (“EIFS”),
lath and plaster, stucco, spray-on fireproofing, and acoustical

Thomas M. Johnson, Sr. has been the CEO of Mader Southeast
since 1983. Prior thereto, Mr. Johnson was President of Systems
of South, Inc., a subsidiary of Sanborn Electric, and Vice President
of Kimron Construction Company. Mr. Johnson has served as a member
of the Contractors Advisory Boards of Armstrong Cork Co., United
States Gypsum Company, and Georgia Pacific.

Thomas M. Johnson, Jr. began his career at Mader Southeast,
Inc. as a safety director in 1990. From 1992 to 1997, He served
as Project Manager and Estimator. In 1997, Mr. Johnson was appointed
to his current office of Vice President. Mr. Johnson received
a Bachelor of Science degree in Building Construction from the
University of Florida in 1993.

James Morehead began his career with Mader Southeast, Inc.
in 1986 as a Project Manager and Estimator. Prior thereto, he
was a project manager with Acousti Engineering. Mr. Morehead
is a past president of the Florida Wall and Ceiling Association,
and remains an active member.

Jim Coddington began his career with Mader Southeast, Inc.
in 1984 as a drywall installer. In 1987, he was promoted to Estimator
and later became a Project Manager. Prior to joining Mader, Mr.
Coddington owned several private businesses.

Pete Wall joined Mader Southeast, Inc. in 1978 as a drywall
framer. Over the years, Mr. Wall was promoted to various management
positions and in 1990, he was promoted to General Field Superintendent.
Prior to joining Mader, Mr. Wall was involved in the manufacturing
industry.
